The Senior Developer Programmer is responsible for analysing complex business requirements, designing enterprise-grade solutions, and developing scalable Salesforce applications.
The role involves advanced programming, system architecture design, API integrations, performance optimisation, technical leadership, and ensuring adherence to secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Technical Design
Lead technical analysis of complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance system designs.
Design enterprise-level Salesforce architecture including data models, integration frameworks, and security models.
Prepare detailed technical design documents, sequence diagrams, and API specifications.
Evaluate technical feasibility and recommend optimal development approaches.
Advanced Application Development
Develop complex business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
Build scalable and reusable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Implement asynchronous processing and bulkified code to optimise performance.
Write highly optimised SOQL/SOSL queries ensuring governor limit compliance.
Refactor legacy code to improve efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
Enterprise Integrations
