We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
Design, develop, and operate modern web applications across a SaaS portfolio.
Integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences into products, utilizing LLMs, Retrieval, Tool-Use, and structured workflows.
Design, develop, and operate Cloud-native services focusing on reliability, security, and developer productivity.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, Architecture, and Engineering to elevate engineering and AI-engineering quality.
Stay close to users, understand healthcare workflows, and bring an entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset to feature development.
What You'll Need
Several years of senior experience in full-stack engineering of modern web applications.
Deep knowledge in at least one frontend stack (React or Angular) and one backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python).
Completed university degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
Proven experience with core technologies like React/Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, C#, Kafka, Terraform, and Cloud/DevOps environments (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD).
Experience with LLM tools like Azure OpenAI, Anthropic SDK or MCP is a strong plus.
Fluent in German and English, strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and excellent collaboration with Product Management.
