Role: Front end Developer Contract: 12m Fixed term contract Shift pattern: Full Time Location: Nottingham - Support Office About The Role We are looking for a 12month fixed term contract Front-End Developer to work within our team, building components and experiences to identify and drive growth across Boots.com. You will be embedded within the team and be a key driver in Optimisation, Personalisation, whilst also supporting our Digital Trading functions to bring customer-focused experiences and business requests to life. The Optimisation and Personalisation team delivers year-on-year incremental value for Boots.com, primarily through the deployment and subsequent analysis of A/B tests and personalisation activities on the website. Alongside this, you will work closely with the Digital Experience and Trading teams to understand their requirements and deliver engaging experiences that support commercial and customer objectives. Key Responsibilities You will bring experiments from conception to live on boots.comAdvise on the art of the possible in ideation.Helping specialists & designers refine hypotheses into well-defined experiment briefs.Write the code to bring experiments to life on the website and actioning feedback during the build process.Communicate with IT to get experiments into production.
