Description

IT Camp's partner is a global Network Service Provider delivering high-performance connectivity and telecom services across Europe and Asia with a resilient backbone network and advanced infrastructure. To support the growth of their business we are searching for a ERP Developer to join the team. You will: Participate in ERP system (Odoo) implementation and development.Coordinate and manage development delivered by an external partner.Translate business requirements into technical tasks, reviewing code quality, and ensuring timely delivery. Requirements: Strong Python development experience.Good understanding of Git/GitLab workflows and CI/CD.Experience with PostgreSQL and REST API integrations.Practical experience using AI-assisted software development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as part of the development workflow, with the ability to critically review, validate, and take ownership of AI-generated code.Knowledge of JavaScript (for customizing the Odoo interface / OWL framework).EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization (must be based in the EU). Preferred: Experience with Odoo ERP development.Experience working with open-source projects and communities.
