We are looking for someone with several years of experience who has strong potential and is interested in broadening knowledge and expertise.
The key requirements:
Experience in IT infrastructure and platform engineering.Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and/or Red Hat OpenShift.Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift administration, implementation and lifecycle management.Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, Docker/Podman and Helm.Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Tekton, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps.Experience with GitOps, preferably Argo CD.Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation, particularly Ansible and Terraform.Experience working in hybrid cloud and/or multi-cloud environments, such as Azure, AWS or GCP.Experience with OpenShift upgrades, patching, security hardening and platform operations.Knowledge of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, monitoring and observability.Experience with monitoring/logging technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch or Splunk.Strong understanding of OpenShift/Kubernetes security, including RBAC, Network Policies and security-by-design.Experience supporting development teams with containerisation and cloud-native application deploymentProven experience working in enterprise-scale, complex and mission-critical environments.Experience with enterprise DevOps transformations and Agile/DevOps ways of working.Ability to coach DevOps/Platform Engineers and act as a technical advisor to customers, architects and management.Strong communication, analytical, customer-facing and problem-solving skills.Preferred / certification: Red Hat OpenShift certification such as EX280, CKA/CKAD, relevant Azure/AWS certifications, and PSM I.
