Description

Senior Full Stack Mobile Developer Remote · Contract (full time) · Works with a US founding team in Nashville (UTC-5) · Start: immediately About Dipidi Dipidi is a mobile app for the way people actually make plans. Most social apps are built for broadcasting. Dipidi is built for the group chat that never turns into an actual Saturday. We are a small, funded-track founding team launching in Nashville first, with a real community already waiting on the other side of the launch. We keep the product details close until later in the process. What we can say now: the app is consumer, social, mobile-first, and the interaction design is the product. If you have ever cared more than your PM did about how a sheet drags, you will like this build. The role You own delivery. Three developers are building this app, and you are the one accountable for it reaching the App Store on time and in good shape. That means you are building alongside them, not managing from a distance. You set the technical direction, make the calls that unblock people, and answer for the release. You work directly with the founders. There is no layer between you and the product. We are launching in November. That is the whole shape of this job. We are looking for someone who has carried a real app across a real deadline before and knows the difference between a demo and a shipped product. What you will own Delivery. The November launch date is yours. Scope calls, sequencing, and telling us early when something is at riskTechnical direction across the app: architecture, state, navigation, offline behavior, performanceThe interaction layer: gestures, bottom sheets, transitions, and animation that hold up at 60fps on a mid-range AndroidCode quality across the team: review, standards, and keeping three people from building three different appsRelease management: builds, TestFlight, store submission, review, and the second submission after the first one gets rejectedInstrumentation and crash monitoring, so we know what is actually happening after launchWhat we are looking for 5+ years building mobile apps end to end, including backend and API work, not just client-sideShipped consumer apps to the App Store and Google Play with live links we can download todayDeep React Native experience, or deep native experience plus a clear case for the stack you would use to hit a November launchReal strength in gesture handling and animation.
