We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Senior Linux Core DevOps to join our team. Responsibilities: Design, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and production workloads. Monitor production systems, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues impacting business operations or customer experience. Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, and high-availability initiatives. Troubleshoot complex Linux, networking, and Kubernetes issues (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, connectivity). Drive SaltStack automation by improving, optimizing, and expanding state coverage. Collaborate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams on infrastructure and architecture decisions. Mentor engineers, maintain technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement across systems and automation. Requirements 7+ years of experience in Linux, DevOps, Systems, or Infrastructure Engineering. Expert Linux administration and performance tuning skills. Strong Kubernetes administration experience (on-premises or AWS EKS). Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python. Solid experience with AWS core services, including compute, networking, IAM, and CloudWatch. Strong networking knowledge with hands-on experience troubleshooting packet captures, latency, routing, and connectivity issues. Experience designing highly available, scalable, and disaster recovery solutions. Strong business mindset with the ability to prioritize work based on customer and business impact.
