Roles & Responsibilities: Translate architecture designs into production-ready Terraform templates for cloud platform, infrastructure, and networkProvision and test environments entirely through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)Build the infrastructure CI/CD pipeline on GitLab/Bitbucket/Atlantis that serves as the standard path for every changeSupport projects end to end — from requirements and design, through testing, to cutoverAct as L2 support when things do not behave as they should, and make sure postmortems produce fixes, not just documentsProvide technical support to Application teams on troubleshooting and cloud service clarification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in Information Technology, with 3+ years in a similar roleAt least 2 years of hands-on experience building on Google Cloud Platform, and experience with Terraform/OpenTofu/CloudFormation, Bitbucket/Git/GitLab/GiHub, Python/Shell, as well as Linux and Windows ServerKnowledge of managed container platforms — Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) or Red Hat OpenShiftSolid understanding of the service delivery life cycle, particularly in IT InfrastructureFamiliarity with Incident & Problem Management frameworks and processes
