Intermediate Backend Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Intermediate Backend Engineer, AMER to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on building and refining backend systems that support reliable, scalable product delivery across a distributed remote team. You will partner closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into maintainable solutions, while also collaborating with engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing. The position calls for strong backend craftsmanship, thoughtful use of AI in development workflows, and a balance of performance, security, and operational reliability.
