Evolve from traditional DevOps workflow automation to AI-powered agent-based governance, leveraging GitHub Agentic Workflows and LLM-assisted analysis to ensure consistent policy compliance across all APIs.
Key responsibilities
Design and implement GitHub Agentic Workflows that automate routine governance checksDevelop AI-assisted agents that reduce human review burdenBuild automation frameworksContinuously train and refine AI agents based on governance team feedback and policy exception patternsMonitor automation quality, false positive rates, and compliance coverageInstrument governance automation with detailed logging and metrics for continuous improvementMaintain and evolve the technical foundation for agent-based governance as standards and requirements changeCollaborate with the API Architect to understand policy requirements and translate them into automation rules
Technical requirements
3+ years DevOps/SRE experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipeline developmentDeep experience with GitHub Actions, automation scripting (Bash, Python), and container orchestration (Kubernetes)Experience with agent-based workflows on GitHub and Azure platformsUnderstanding of API contract validation, OpenAPI tooling, and semantic versioning conceptsStrong proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScriptFamiliarity with governance, compliance, and policy enforcement conceptsExperience with observability platforms and metrics collection (Datadog or similar)
