Role Description The Senior Software Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Auckland, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems that support Ozira Immigration Services’ digital platforms and internal tools.
Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing back-end services, integrating databases and APIs, and ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of applications used by clients and staff.
The role involves collaborating with product, operations, and consulting teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, as well as reviewing code, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to architectural decisions.
The Senior Software Engineer will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, implement best practices in software development, and participate in continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Qualifications
