Who we are looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce (Admin or low‑code developer); Apex/LWC not required (nice to have)Hands-on CI/CD & DevOps experience: Copado, DevOps Center, Jenkins, Gearset or similar, including pipeline design and optimizationStrong experience in Salesforce deployments: strategies (org-based vs source-driven), branching models, promotion flowsExperience troubleshooting deployment issues: metadata conflicts, dependencies, pipeline failures, rollbacksSolid understanding of the Salesforce metadata model and platform limitations in CI/CD contextPractical knowledge of DevOps & Salesforce tooling: SFDX, Git (branching, merging, tagging), VS CodeUnderstanding of Salesforce security and data model conceptsStrong analytical / problem-solving skills (root cause analysis)Advanced English communication skills
