FULL-TIME or PART-TIME
Duties:
Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions to automate and optimize construction and business workflows.Build autonomous workflows and multi-agent AI systems to support project management, engineering coordination, procurement, HR, finance, and other operational functions.Develop and maintain integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and other AI orchestration frameworks.Build and optimize AI pipelines that combine multiple AI capabilities into reliable and scalable solutions.Develop and maintain AI platform components, including vector databases, embedding pipelines, retrieval systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.Develop intelligent document processing solutions for construction documents such as drawings, specifications, BOQs, RFIs, submittals, contracts, reports, and project correspondence.Implement document parsing, classification, data extraction, and metadata management to improve project knowledge management and information retrieval.Build and maintain APIs and integration layers to connect AI solutions with existing construction and business systems.Develop AI-powered tools for document search, reporting, data analysis, project tracking, and workflow automation.Design, deploy, and maintain AI solutions on AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with company data-protection requirements.Monitor and optimize AI applications, models, pipelines, and infrastructure for performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience in AI/ML development and automation.
• Experience or understanding of the construction/engineering industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
