Lead Enterprise Engineer

Role: Lead Enterprise Engineer Location: Poland, Krakow Mode: Hybrid - 3 day a week Responsibilities: Help establish an Engineering Excellence program and build a community of practice across engineering teamsDrive engineering standardization automation quality efficiency reuse and continuous improvementPartner with Engineering Leads and Capability Owners to improve engineering processes systems and toolsDefine requirements for secure scalable customerfocused and operationally efficient servicesDesign implement and drive adoption of standardized build and deployment pipelinesImprove DevSecOps practices and integration between engineering pipelines and security servicesDevelop reusable engineering components patterns and solutions to reduce duplication and accelerate deliveryPromote inner sourcing and a buildonce reusemany approach across engineering teamsCoach Agile teams on engineering best practices standard patterns customer needs and product adoptionIdentify define and implement engineering standards and reference patternsSupport proofofconcept initiatives for new services features tools and platform improvementsPartner with Product Management teams to improve product evaluation and selection processesEnsure functional and nonfunctional engineering requirements are considered during solution and product selectionLead crossfunctional engineering improvement initiatives across globally distributed teamsEnsure solutions meet engineering quality security compliance safety and operational requirementsInfluence senior stakeholders and drive strategic engineering plans with clear measurable outcomesTo be successful in this role you should have Strong handson and designlevel DevOps Extensive experience as a Senior Engineer Lead Engineer or Technical ArchitectExperience establishing or leading Engineering Excellence programsProven experience delivering engineering improvement initiatives in large complex organizationsStrong knowledge of CICD build systems deployment pipelines automation and engineering toolingExperience defining engineering standards reusable patterns and reference architecturesStrong understanding of Systems Engineering and Requirements ManagementExperience leading highperforming crossfunctional engineering teamsStrong people management experience across global and decentralized teamsAbility to assess complex technical commercial operational and regulatory requirementsStrong understanding of design authority engineering quality security safety and complianceExperience working in Agile and matrixed enterprise environmentsStrong stakeholder management influencing and relationshipbuilding skillsExcellent analytical problemsolving negotiation and decisionmaking capabilitiesDegree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related scientific disciplineExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsExperience in Cybersecurity or with cybersecurity tools and standards is advantageousExperience in Financial Services or another regulated industry is desirableSkills Mandatory Skills : Automation, AWS DevOps Services
