Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office Your Profile & DNA: We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Migration Engineer specializing in VMware ESXi and vCenter upgrades and migrations. You will be responsible for planning and executing VMware infrastructure migrations, host upgrades, lifecycle management and workload migrations in enterprise environments. Roles & Responsibilities Plan and execute VMware ESXi/ESX host upgrades and migrationsPerform vCenter upgrades and administrationExecute VM and workload migrations within VMware environmentsAssess hardware, storage, network, backup and application dependenciesPerform patching, remediation and VMware Tools/hardware upgradesTroubleshoot migration issues and execute rollback procedures where requiredCoordinate with infrastructure, network, security and application teamsDocument migration activities, validation results and handover procedures Qualification & Experience A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.5+ years of experience in infrastructure administration3+ years of hands-on experience with VMware migration and upgrade projectsStrong expertise in VMware ESXi, vSphere and vCenterExperience with enterprise-scale migration environmentsStrong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in ITIL-managed environments What do we offer?
