About the role:
As a DevOps Specialist, you will work within an agile department focused on building a scalable, sustainable, and reliable data platform that delivers an exceptional experience for customers.
You will be part of a cross-country Scrum team spanning Sweden and Lithuania, operating in a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)-like role during an ongoing cloud transformation journey.
In this position, you will support and maintain data visualization infrastructure, including Tableau, Looker, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments; build custom automations and optimizations using Ansible Tower or Terraform and related technologies; contribute to infrastructure and application migrations to Google Cloud Platform; introduce and evaluate new technologies to enhance the Business Intelligence offering; and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to support technology adoption, usage, and continuous improvement initiatives as well as providing support.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have understanding in at-least several of the following:
Linux or Windows server environmentsBasic knowledge in programming or scripting (any programming language preferably Python and Bash/PowerShell)Basic database query (SQL)Multi-cloud environments (GCP or Azure)Being an administrator for any of IT systemsHaving experience with Tableau offering is a plusBasic understanding of IT lifecycle management principlesKnowledge in how to solve complex problems independentlyGood communicational and written skills in English Ability to work with the team and individually, making decisions on your own when required
