About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Flutter (mobile) and web development to join our growing technology team.
You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications that support our real estate operations, client-facing platforms, and internal tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/DartBuild and maintain responsive web applications (front-end and back-end)Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party servicesCollaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver high-quality featuresWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeParticipate in code reviews, testing, and debuggingOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and securityManage databases and server-side logicStay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvementsRequirementsProven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar roleStrong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart for mobile app developmentSolid knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework (React, Vue, or Angular)Experience with back-end development (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar)Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, or MongoDB)Experience with Git version control and API integrationUnderstanding of UI/UX principlesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)Nice to HaveExperience with real estate or CRM platformsKnowledge of cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Google Cloud)Experience with CI/CD pipelines
