🌱 Tech for Good Full Stack Engineer | React / TypeScript / Node | Up to £55k | Manchester A meaningful product that helps parents, a modern engineering team and tech stack and a clear route to Senior. This Manchester tech company is building a platform that helps parents discover and book activities for their children, from sport and dance to tutoring and holiday camps. Think Booking.com for children’s activities, but with a genuine Tech for Good mission behind it. They’ve grown 10x since December, recently secured fresh investment and are now expanding their engineering team. You’d be joining a small, collaborative team working across React, TypeScript and Node, with real ownership over the product and plenty of input into how things are designed and built. The culture is thoughtful, open and low-ego. Engineers share ideas, challenge each other constructively and care about building things properly, without unnecessary hierarchy or red tape. You won’t need to know everything on day one either. They’re looking for someone with strong engineering fundamentals who wants to keep learning, contribute ideas and grow with the team. There’s a clear path towards Senior Engineer, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as both you and the business develop. And despite the pace of growth, it isn’t a burnout startup.
