Description

We’re partnered with a well-funded, AI-driven German scale-up based in Berlin looking to hire a Full-Stack Engineer with a DevOps focus. The role focuses on building scalable AI-enabled platforms, enterprise data services and cloud/on-premise infrastructure. They’re looking for someone with a strong application development background, but with particular strength in networking and on-premise infrastructure. What you’ll be working on: Building and maintaining distributed applications, backend services and APIsDesigning and troubleshooting networking across on-premise and AWS environmentsWorking with firewalls, gateways, NAT, routing, DNS and iptablesManaging Kubernetes-based infrastructure and containerised workloadsImproving CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationWorking with Terraform, ArgoCD and AWSWorking across backend services, infrastructure and frontend applicationsIntegrating AI/LLM systems and supporting production applicationsContributing to observability, reliability and AI-assisted engineering workflows What they’re looking for: Strong application/software development backgroundStrong networking knowledge and hands-on experienceExperience working with on-premise infrastructure and hybrid environmentsSolid Kubernetes and AWS experienceExperience with DevOps/SRE, CI/CD and Infrastructure as CodeSome practical experience with Golang; expert-level Go is not requiredExperience with relational and/or NoSQL databasesStrong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic engineering mindset Please note: Applicants must already be based in Germany and hold full right-to-work status.
