Hello everyone, Ordent is looking for a Devops Engineer ! Ordent is a team with focus on web technologies. For more than 6 years, Ordent has helped more than 45 clients from different industries, such as Government, Non-Governmental Organization, Private Sectors, and many more. What you will be doing: Manage and execute the application deployment lifecycle (NCM Deployment) in coordination with Dev, QA, and Management teams;Perform parameter data patching and data extractions based on SCR/Bricare ticketing requests;Maintain, tune, and adjust environment resources (OpenShift/OCP, Kubernetes, CPU, Memory, HPA, RabbitMQ) for stability and performance;Manage automated daily pod rolling and server housekeeping scripts (Python, Robocopy);Set up, monitor, and maintain automated alerts and performance metrics using Grafana and N8N;Tracing and handling technical complaints or incidents reported by SDK & WTR teams;Execute manual and automated weekly server maintenance and scheduler restarts (CMS Server);Prepare and sirkulir deployment and testing documentation, including PTR, BADT, and BAPT forms. You may be fit to this role if you: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;Have basic experience or strong understanding in System Support, IT Operations, or System Administration (Fresh graduates with strong hands-on projects are welcome);Familiar with containerization & orchestration concepts (Kubernetes, OpenShift/OCP);Understand basic Linux commands, shell scripting, or basic Python for housekeeping automation;Have experience or familiarity with monitoring and automation tools such as Grafana, Elastic, AWX, Rundeck, or N8N;Basic understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) for data patching tasks;Possess high discipline in following SOPs, handling ticketing systems (IRIS/Bricare), and completing administrative reports (BAPT/BADT);Have good troubleshooting, tracing skills, and strong communication for cross-team coordination;Willing to perform scheduled off-hours/night shift activities (e.g., midnight pod rolling, weekend server restarts);
