Shape the technology behind more than 450 international fashion brands
Itsperfect is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead technical direction, develop our engineering team and help shape the next stage of our ERP platform.
This is an opportunity to combine strategic influence with technical depth.
Your decisions will shape how we build, how we deliver, and how our product evolves.
Your remit:
• Own engineering direction, architecture and delivery.
• Hire, coach and develop engineers.
• Guide platform modernisation while keeping customer value at the centre.
• Turn data and AI opportunities into useful product capabilities.
• Work closely with leadership to connect technology priorities with business goals.
You bring experience leading engineering in a growing B2B SaaS business, strong backend expertise and the confidence to work directly with PHP.
You know how to improve established platforms, make sound technical trade-offs, and create an environment where engineers do their best work.
Professional proficiency in Dutch is essential, alongside strong English communication skills.
Experience in ERP, commerce or vertical SaaS would be valuable.
Based in Baarn, with three days per week together on site.
Flexible hours, an employer-contributed pension and 25+ holiday days.
