We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and CSM implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM & CSM modulesWork on Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case ManagementDevelop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and other platform customizationsBuild workflows and automations using Flow DesignerDevelop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and OrchestrationWork with CMDB, Discovery, and Asset ManagementSupport ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and performance optimizationFollow ServiceNow development best practices, ITIL processes, and security standards
Qualification & Experience
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.4–6 years of ServiceNow development experienceStrong hands-on experience with ITSM and CSMStrong JavaScript & Glide API knowledgeExperience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and OrchestrationExperience with REST/SOAP integrationsKnowledge of HTML, CSS, Jelly, and AngularJSServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – MandatoryPreferred Certifications
