We are therefore looking for a Virtualization Platform Engineer who combines strong Kubernetes and DevOps expertise with deep knowledge of virtualization technologies. Your Role As a Senior Virtualization Platform Engineer, you will help design, build and operate the virtualization layer within Nebul’s cloud platform. Our current environment uses KubeVirt, while we are developing additional capabilities based on Cloud Hypervisor. You will work at the intersection of Kubernetes, virtual machines, containers and low-level Linux virtualization. This is a hands-on engineering role for a senior DevOps, platform or infrastructure engineer with a strong specialization in virtualization. A deep background in KVM and QEMU is equally relevant, provided you understand—or are ready to work extensively with—Kubernetes-based infrastructure. You will take ownership of complex technical challenges and help define the future architecture of virtualization within Nebul.
