Responsibilities Lead & Mentor: Head a team of 5 skilled developers, fostering a collaborative environment and identifying opportunities for their professional growth.Enforce Standards: Establish and lead best practices in Web and Application development, ensuring the team maintains excellent coding standards across the full development cycle.Technical Delivery: Manage timelines from concept through to application launch, working closely with the Applications Manager and ICT Project Manager to prioritize strategic initiatives.Hybrid Approach: Navigate a diverse workload involving Agile/ Waterfall and Squads for projects Business-As-Usual (BAU) tasks.Technical Quality: Ensure the reliability, performance and security of applications while driving innovation to meet evolving business needs. Qualifications 10+ years' experience in web and application development.5+ years' experience leading and mentoring development teams. Required Skills Strong experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including:C#, .NET Framework and .NET CoreASP.NET web applicationsWindows Forms applicationsRESTful APIsReact experienceStrong JavaScript, jQuery, CSS/SASS, Bootstrap, and responsive web development skills.Solid SQL Server and database development experience.Strong understanding of application security principles, particularly within eCommerce environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Microsoft App Center..NET MAUI mobile application development.Experience with Next.js, Storyblok, and Vercel.Knowledge of legacy technologies including Visual Basic 6 or Microsoft Access.Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other business applications.
