Together with our development team (UI, AI, backend), you shape DevOps, CI/CD, and backend development –with the perspective of taking on responsibility for a team yourself, starting immediately or in the medium term. Role As a Team Lead/Senior Developer, you are a hands-on personality with strong implementation skills at the heart of our development. You work closely with our development team (UI, AI, Backend) and take responsibility for DevOps, CI/CD, and backend development in Java. You help shape how we deliver clean, automated, and secure solutions across SaaS and on-premise deployments.The team is expected to grow to 10+ developers by 2027.
