About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled ECM Fullstack Developer (all genders) to join our dynamic team in Munich or Nuremberg. This is a full-time or part-time position, offering an indefinite contract dedicated to developing and maintaining enterprise content management solutions that support our digital banking infrastructure. As an ECM Fullstack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing ECM software solutions tailored to meet client requirements and seamlessly integrate into existing IT landscapes, including BPM and CRM systems. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop automated workflows, enhance user interfaces, and ensure the stability and security of our applications. You will also play a key part in incident management, support, and compliance activities, contributing to a secure, efficient, and innovative banking environment. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess a relevant university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification such as a certification as a Fachinformatiker for application development. Practical experience with ECM products, especially IBM Filenet, is essential. You should have strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks, along with solid knowledge of HTML and CSS. Experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle and SQL, is required. Familiarity with microservice architectures, REST APIs, and SOAP is also necessary. Additionally, deep understanding of BPMN and DMN in conjunction with Camunda, along with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, will be highly advantageous. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is expected to facilitate effective communication within our international team. Responsibilities Your core responsibilities will include designing and implementing enterprise content management solutions, customizing them to meet client-specific needs, and integrating them into existing IT ecosystems. You will develop automated document workflows, particularly using Camunda for processes such as mail processing. Fullstack development will involve creating user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as implementing server-side logic using Java, Shell scripting, and PL/SQL. You will conduct module and system testing, ensure smooth deployment via CI/CD pipelines, and manage containerized environments with OpenShift and Kubernetes. Incident management, third-level support, and troubleshooting are also key aspects of your role, ensuring high availability and performance of applications. You will uphold security standards, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal security policies. Additionally, you will monitor and improve system performance, support continuous integration efforts, and contribute to a culture of quality and innovation within the team.
