What you'll be doing Own & deliver complex, scalable solutions across the full stack Drive technical direction - influence architecture, tooling, and long-term strategy Code with impact - tackling ambiguous problems with high-quality, maintainable solutions Improve and innovate - champion best practices, automation, and continuous improvement Collaborate widely - work cross-functionally to align product and engineering goals Handle the critical moments - confidently manage incidents and high-pressure challenges What you'll bring Strong experience delivering complex software systems at scale Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React Solid understanding of architecture, APIs, and database design Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and modern engineering practices A passion for mentoring and developing others The ability to balance fast delivery with long-term quality and scalability What makes you stand out You're a problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity You communicate complex ideas clearly to any audience You care about quality, performance, and building things the right way You influence beyond your immediate team and help shape engineering culture Why join us?
