About the Role Build and own an AI-native platform designed to modernize and automate global corporate and fiduciary service workflows.Lead full-stack engineering to replace manual processes with structured extraction, LLM verification, and internal tooling.Own the entire product surface, including internal operations consoles and external client/partner-facing portals.Serve as the hands-on engineering lead, managing architecture, delivery, reliability, and technical strategy from day one.Collaborate directly with leadership, compliance, and operations teams while scaling the engineering function as the business grows. Requirements & Experience 7+ years of engineering experience with hands-on leadership roles (e.g., Head of Engineering or VP of Engineering).Proven track record as a founding or early-stage startup engineer owning full-stack production delivery end-to-end.Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and managing durable monorepo architecture.Strong Postgres database modeling background, including Row Level Security (RLS), authentication, and data integrity.Hands-on experience shipping production LLMs and agentic systems, including structured extraction, evals, and tool orchestration. Tech Stack Frontend & Frameworks: Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.Architecture & Repository: Turborepo with pnpm managing a multi-app setup.Backend & Database: Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions) with typed clients.AI & Workflows: Vercel AI SDK, dynamic order workflows, and automated DOCX generation.Testing & Tooling: Vitest, Playwright, Biome, and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
