AI Full-Stack Engineer

We don't treat AI as a feature we bolt on at the end; it shapes how we design products, how we build them, and how we work day to day. We move quickly, ship often, and expect everyone on the team to own what they build. We're looking for an engineer who thinks the same way. The Role You'll be a full-stack engineer with AI running through everything you do. That means two things at once: Building AI into our products. You'll design and ship features that integrate LLMs, agents, retrieval, and other AI capabilities directly into our web and mobile applications, and you'll know which tools and models are the right fit for a given problem.Building with AI. You'll work with the best AI-assisted development tools available (coding agents, copilots, and whatever comes next) as a core part of your workflow, not an afterthought.You'll own work end to end: from setting up the database and backend, to building the frontend for web and mobile, to deploying and iterating in production. What you'll do Design and build full-stack applications: database schema, backend services and APIs, and frontend interfaces for both web and mobile.Integrate AI capabilities into our products: LLM APIs, agent workflows, retrieval and embeddings, and model orchestration.Evaluate and select the right AI tools, models, and frameworks for each use case, and stay current as the landscape changes.Use AI-native development tools daily to build, test, and ship faster.Take features from idea to production with a high degree of autonomy.Contribute to technical decisions on architecture, tooling, and infrastructure. Who we're looking for The most important thing is mindset. We want someone who is: AI-native. You understand the current generation of AI technology, use it constantly, and have strong opinions about what works.A self-directed learner. You'd rather ship something and improve it than talk about it.Comfortable with pace and ambiguity. Startups change fast. You're energised by that, not thrown by it.On the technical side, we'd like to see: Hands-on experience across the full stack: databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), backend development (e.g. Python, Node.js, or similar), and modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js).Experience building mobile applications (e.g. React Native, Flutter, or native).Practical experience integrating AI into applications: working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source models), building agents or RAG pipelines, and using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or the Vercel AI SDK.Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment (AWS, GCP, Vercel, or similar).Nice to have: Experience shipping products at an early-stage startup.Side projects, open-source contributions, or anything else that shows you build things on your own initiative.Master's Degree or above. PhD background is highly advantageous.
