Senior Full Stack Developer – .NET & React Job PurposeThe Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable digital solutions using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, React, and TypeScript. The role requires strong hands-on full-stack development expertise along with the ability to lead technical delivery, guide development teams, and coordinate directly with international clients and stakeholders. The candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and production support. The role requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and external systems.Design and implement reusable, maintainable, and scalable frontend components.Develop end-to-end features across both frontend and backend layers.Translate business and technical requirements into robust full-stack solutions.Participate in solution design, technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.Lead technical implementation and ensure timely delivery of assigned features and projects.Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.Review code and promote best practices for code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.Coordinate directly with international clients to understand requirements, provide technical updates, clarify issues, and communicate project progress.Participate in client meetings and contribute to technical discussions with foreign stakeholders.Work closely with project managers, designers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across frontend and backend systems.Work with databases and develop data-driven applications.Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-environment deployments.Contribute to deployment, release management, and production support activities.Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions.Ensure applications meet standards for performance, security, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.Stay updated with modern .NET, React, cloud, and web development technologies. Skills and CompetenciesTechnical Skills5+ years of professional experience in software development.Strong professional experience with C# and .NET.Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API.Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.Strong understanding of responsive and cross-browser web development.Strong experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.Experience with third-party API and service integrations.Good understanding of relational databases and data-driven applications.Strong experience with Git and modern software development workflows.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment deployments.Strong understanding of application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.Experience with cloud platforms and modern deployment practices is an advantage.Experience with CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Umbraco, or similar platforms is an advantage.
