The broader organisation employs close to 5,000 people, with a significant workforce based throughout regional NSW. This opportunity sits within a finance, performance and reporting environment responsible for improving how business and financial information is captured, analysed and presented. The team uses MyOutcomes, a business intelligence and financial reporting solution built on the CALUMO platform, to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and data-driven decision-making. About The Role This is a hands-on development and reporting role focused on enhancing a key financial and business intelligence platform. You will build data cubes, integrations, dashboards and reporting solutions while helping users get more value from their data. The position combines development, data integration, analytics, testing and stakeholder engagement, making it well suited to someone who enjoys working across both technology and business teams. Position: SQL DeveloperRate: $68.56 to $111.20 per hourLocation: ParramattaWorking Arrangement: Hybrid, minimum 3 office daysHours: 35 hours per weekStart Date: ASAPDuration: Until 30 June 2027 Key Responsibilities Design and develop new Calumo (MyOutcomes) data cubes and integrations, input datasets, code and decode, SQL backend development.Build dynamic reports, dashboards and reporting bundlesEnhance platform functionality, usability and performanceAnalyse data and deliver insights for business decision-makingInvestigate data issues and troubleshoot reporting problemsDevelop and test system integrations and enhancementsPerform data validation, reconciliation and quality checksSupport testing, defect resolution and production releasesAutomate reporting and improve existing business processesMaintain technical documentation, user guides and support materialsDeliver user training and ongoing technical supportWork with Finance, ICT, data teams and business stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into practical reporting solutionsMonitor reporting accuracy and resolve data anomaliesIdentify opportunities to improve controls, workflows and user experience About You You will bring a combination of SQL development, reporting and data problem-solving capability, along with the communication skills required to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
