SAP Integration Developer | CPI & BTP Permanent | Melbourne | Hybrid Up to $155,000 + super Australian Citizens only We're partnering with a large Australian organisation looking for an experienced SAP Integration Developer to join its technology team during a significant period of transformation. This is a hands-on role working across a complex enterprise SAP landscape, with a strong focus on SAP CPI / Integration Suite, enterprise integration and SAP BTP. The sweet spot is someone with genuine SAP integration depth, strong CPI capability and enough BTP experience to work confidently in a modern SAP environment. The role You'll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting integrations across SAP and a broad range of enterprise platforms. You'll be involved in: Designing, developing and supporting SAP CPI / Integration Suite iFlows Integrating SAP S/4HANA, ECC and other SAP platforms with enterprise applications and external systems Building integrations using REST, OData, APIs and event-driven patterns Developing synchronous and asynchronous integration solutions Managing data transformation, error handling, monitoring and integration security Supporting integration artefacts through deployment and into BAU Working across SAP BTP services and the broader BTP landscape Supporting API management and integration architecture Contributing to integration patterns, development standards and technical best practice Working closely with architecture, application and delivery teams across major transformation initiatives About you The priority here is strong SAP integration capability. Ideally, you'll bring: Strong commercial experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite Strong experience integrating SAP within complex enterprise environments Experience across SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC Solid knowledge of APIs, REST/OData, messaging and integration patterns Experience with integration security, including OAuth and certificate-based authentication Good exposure to SAP BTP and its broader services Experience taking integrations through design, development, deployment, monitoring and BAU support Experience working within large transformation or enterprise environments Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams Exposure to CAP, Event Mesh, Fiori/UI5, HANA Cloud, CI/CD, Node.js or Java would be highly regarded, but the priority is finding someone with genuine depth across SAP integration rather than someone who ticks every box. The opportunity This is a substantial SAP integration role with plenty of meaningful work ahead. You'll have the opportunity to work across modern SAP technologies while taking genuine ownership of the integrations you design and build.
