Description

Curio was built to be a different kind of agency, one that's high-performing but human. We do web design, development, and CRO for B2B SaaS companies, and we've built a small but mighty team that loves what they do. At Curio, we're all about being resourceful, curious, and committed to getting things done. We work with people who are always learning and genuinely enjoy solving problems. If you thrive in an environment where you have ownership, clarity, and support, while being trusted to just get on with your work, you're going to love it here. About the role: We're looking for a Web Developer to build and maintain B2B SaaS marketing sites for our clients. Most of that work happens in Webflow, and you need to be excellent there. Figma handoff to a clean build, CMS structures editors can actually use, interactions, custom code when you hit limitations. We also build outside Webflow. Some projects call for a framework and a headless CMS instead, so you should be as comfortable in a repo as you are in the Designer: Git, pull requests, build pipelines, deploys, DNS, the whole path from local to live. You'll own your projects end to end. Scoping the build, deciding how it gets structured, shipping it, then keeping it healthy after launch across performance, SEO, tracking, and the CRO work that follows. What you'll do Build and maintain B2B SaaS marketing sites in Webflow, from Figma handoff through launchBuild in Webflow or in code depending on what the project calls for, and help us scope which way a build should goSet up and document our Git workflow: repo structure, branching, pull requests, code review, and how work gets from local to staging to productionRun deployment and hosting outside Webflow (Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare), including DNS, redirects, environment variables, and preview buildsSet the standards for how we build: component patterns, naming, documentation, and QA before anything goes to a clientBuild CRO experiments: test variants, event tracking, and enough QA that the results hold upOwn analytics implementation: GTM containers, GA4 events, and conversion trackingImplement technical SEO: site structure, schema, metadata, and redirect mapping on migrationsKeep Core Web Vitals and page speed healthy on everything we launchRegardless of platform, set up all builds to enable the client’s marketing team to easily make updates on their own What you offer: 5+ years building marketing websites, ideally agency-sideAdvanced Webflow skills: Client-First or a similar system, CMS collections, interactions, custom codeProduction experience with at least one modern framework (Astro, Next.js, Nuxt, SvelteKit) on a site you built and then had to maintainHands-on headless CMS experience (Sanity, Payload, Contentful, etc.), including modeling content for non-technical editorsGit fluency: branches, pull requests, reviewing someone else's code, resolving conflictsWorking knowledge of deployment mechanics: CI/CD, build pipelines, environment variables, DNS, SSL, preview and staging environmentsTechnical SEO knowledge: site structure, metadata, schema, redirects during migrationsYou’re actively using AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor as a real part of your dev workflowClear writing.
