About the Opportunity: The Staff Software Engineer, DevOps role is a senior technical leadership position responsible for designing, building, and advancing infrastructure, automation, and cloud platform capabilities that support the organization''s revenue lifecycle management solutions. The position influences architectural decisions, drives modernization, and promotes best practices to improve developer productivity, system scalability, and operational excellence. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the engineering platform, enhancing software quality, and enabling rapid delivery of customer value across a global SaaS ecosystem. 3. Responsibilities: Lead DevOps initiatives and serve as a technical authority across engineering teams.Define architectural standards and best practices for infrastructure and deployment automation.Drive strategic projects to enhance scalability, resiliency, and platform performance.Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineering staff.Design and optimize enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines.Develop automation strategies to improve deployment consistency and velocity.Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, test, deployment, and release workflows.Architect and maintain highly available cloud environments on AWS and Azure.Lead infrastructure modernization using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.Design scalable cloud-native solutions aligned with business needs.Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, establishing deployment standards.Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions with tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.Enhance monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response for cloud platforms.Implement Site Reliability Engineering principles to improve reliability.Collaborate with Security teams to enforce cloud security and compliance.Design solutions addressing encryption, identity management, access control, and network security.Lead disaster recovery and fault-tolerant architecture efforts.Ensure infrastructure aligns with security and governance requirements. 4. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 8 years experience designing and supporting large-scale cloud infrastructure and delivery platforms.Proven leadership in complex DevOps or platform engineering projects within SaaS environments.Expertise in architecting highly available and fault-tolerant mission-critical systems.Ability to influence technical strategy and promote engineering best practices.Deep understanding of cloud platforms, automation, containerization, CI/CD, and security practices. 5.
