This is a highly visible, hands-on engineering role focused on building the systems, tooling, and cloud architecture that enable engineering teams to develop, deploy, and operate software at scale.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping platform strategy, improving developer productivity, increasing deployment velocity, and ensuring platform reliability across a modern cloud environment.
This is not a traditional operations role.

Designing and evolving cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as CodeBuilding and improving deployment systems, release automation, and engineering workflowsCreating self-service capabilities that reduce friction for development teamsDeveloping automation and tooling to improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiencyDriving improvements in developer experience and engineering productivityBuilding and maintaining highly available cloud-native systemsPartnering closely with software engineers to improve how applications are built, tested, and deployedImplementing best practices around observability, monitoring, security, and incident responseInfluencing platform architecture and engineering standards across multiple teams
