We're looking for a Founding Engineer to build a core AI product end-to-end in London.

You have:
2 to 8 years of professional software engineering experience Experience working in an early-stage startup or another highly resource-constrained environment A track record of shipping full-stack features or products end-to-end, spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure Comfort operating without detailed specs, figuring out what to build and making architectural calls independently Based in London, or able to commute daily for a fully on-site role Nice to have: experience building AI agents or working directly with LLMs Nice to have: prior experience in Insurtech or Fintech
