The Role
We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Odoo Developer to building a scalable enterprise ERP system on Odoo 18 LTS.
You'll be our first core developer — leading both backend (Python/Odoo) and frontend (OWL/interactive UI) work across the entire MVP.
What You'll Build
Core data models and business logic (extend Odoo's core architecture)Five critical custom modules: document storage, digital signatures, approvals, resource scheduling, dashboards.A specialized interactive visualization component (SVG/canvas-based, real-time, linked to backend)Audit trails, role-based access control, compliance-ready schema.Self-hosted production environment structure.
The Challenge
This isn't standard Odoo config work.
Five capabilities that are normally pre-built must be engineered custom.
The interactive component is the hardest piece — it's where architecture and UX meet.
You'll own the technical decisions.
