We are seeking a Senior AI Fullstack Engineer proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript who thrives on solving AI challenges across the entire stack.
This role is ideal for a developer who excels in both frontend and backend development and enjoys building with AI-assisted tools.
You will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with deep experience in AI harness design, prompt engineering, evaluation rubrics, and HIPAA-compliant data architecture.
What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with visionary enterprise clientsFull-stack Expertise: Write clean, secure, and testable TypeScript code across the software ecosystem.Architecture & Design: Develop modular patterns, scalable system architectures, and efficient server- and client-side logic.API Integration: Design, build, and maintain robust RESTful, GraphQL, and WebSocket APIsExtend and implement AI workflows and harnesses using TypeScript and following AI and software engineering best practices; you'll be in charge of Harness Infrastructure, Prompt Engineering, Debugging, and Evaluations.Healthcare and compliance: design privacy-first AI pipelines and prompt/responses filters that adhere to HIPAA guidelines, securing Protected Health Information (PHI).Create transformative digital productsTackle complex challenges at scalePush boundaries with emerging technologies
What we are looking for
7+ years of expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, Express, Mongo, SQL, AWS.Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements, zero-retention API configs, data anonymization, and encrypted data handling.Recent demonstrable hands-on experience building with AI tools, prompt debugging tools, custom AI harnesses, and agentic coding workflows.Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.Demonstrable experience working in a remote environment, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.

Salary
Salary range: CA$133,000 - CA$166,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
Location:
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S.
time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.

Position Details
