About The Role We're looking for a Senior Integration Developer to design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable integrations across enterprise platforms and external entities. You'll build and support Oracle Service Bus (OSB) interfaces, manage WebLogic domains, and enforce integration standards and SLAs. Key Responsibilities Analyze requirements and prepare integration designs Develop integrations using Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and SOA Suite Manage Oracle WebLogic Server domains, clustering, and deployments Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and messaging-based integrations Implement security mechanisms (OAuth2, SSL/mTLS, OIDC) Monitor and troubleshoot OSB pipelines and WebLogic servers Configure error-handling and auditing Coordinate integration testing and go-live activities Maintain deployment scripts and middleware documentation Recommend improvements to integration governance Provide mentoring and ensure knowledge transfer Perform other related tasks as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience integrating with Oracle OSB/SOA Suite and administering WebLogic Strong hands-on skills: Oracle OSB, WebLogic, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP, API design, CI/CD, Git, scripting (WLST, Bash) Preferred Qualifications Oracle SOA/OSB/WebLogic certification Prior experience delivering projects for government or public-sector clients in the Middle East Fluency in Arabic and English
