About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), with specific expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
This role is ideal for an experienced cloud engineer who excels at designing scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure, automating operational processes, and collaborating closely with software development teams to streamline workflows.
The successful candidate will work with cutting-edge technologies including Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and various CI/CD tools, leveraging core GCP services such as GKE, Cloud Build, Cloud Run, and VPC Networks.
The DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our cloud environments while championing best practices in security and operational excellence.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)Deep expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) core services such as GKE, Cloud Run, VPC, Compute Engine, and Cloud SQLProficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, primarily TerraformStrong background in containerization and orchestration using Docker and KubernetesExperience building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelinesSolid understanding of cloud networking concepts including DNS, load balancing, and firewallsLinux/Unix administration skillsScripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for automationStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellenceExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced, agile environmentsPreferred certifications such as GCP Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Professional Cloud Security EngineerExperience with other cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and managing AI/ML infrastructure on GCP is a plus
