Job Summary
We are looking for an AI-driven QA Automation Engineer who can leverage AI agents and modern automation frameworks to analyze requirements from Azure DevOps and Jira, understand application repositories, generate comprehensive test plans, create and execute automated test cases, and provide reusable automation scripts for continuous testing.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in software testing, test automation, AI-assisted engineering workflows, CI/CD integration, and repository-level code understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements from: Azure DevOps, JiraUse AI agents/tools to: Interpret user stories and acceptance criteria, Identify impacted modules, Generate test scenarios and traceability, Create detailed test plans and test cases and Recommend automation feasibilityReview complete application repositories to: Understand architecture and workflows, Identify integration points and Detect impacted areas for regression testingDevelop and execute: UI automation tests, API automation tests, Integration tests and Regression suitesGenerate automation scripts using: Selenium and Other AI-assisted automation frameworksBuild AI-assisted testing workflows including: Self-healing automation, Intelligent test generation, Risk-based testing and Automated defect analysisIntegrate testing into CI/CD pipelines: Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub ActionsProduce: Test plans, Test execution reports, Automation coverage reports, Defect summaries and AI-generated insightsCollaborate with: Developers, Product owners and Scrum teams Required Skills
