About The Role We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer (m/w/d) to join our project management team at our location in Mönchengladbach near Düsseldorf. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that deliver tangible business value. Your work will support our digital transformation initiatives by optimizing and automating core business processes through innovative Salesforce technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and fellow developers, to create seamless integrations and configurations that enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification. You should have at least two years of professional experience in developing and configuring Salesforce solutions, with a solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, and Salesforce Flows. Salesforce certifications such as "Platform Developer I" and "Platform App Builder" are required. You must demonstrate proficiency in data modeling, security, and sharing settings within Salesforce, along with experience in integrating external systems via REST APIs and event-driven processes using Platform Events. Knowledge of Git-based development workflows, Salesforce CLI, and Python scripting will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills in German and English, along with a valid work permit for the EU, are essential. A collaborative mindset and a user-centric approach to system design are also important for success in this role. Responsibilities Develop modern Salesforce solutions utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex controllers, and triggers based on user stories and business requirements.Transform manual workflows into efficient digital processes by designing and implementing low-code automation solutions using Salesforce Flows.Configure the Salesforce platform, including data models, user interfaces, roles, and permissions, to ensure system alignment with business needs.Design and implement integrations with external systems through REST APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation.Utilize event-driven architecture by setting up Platform Events to support real-time processing and notifications.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams, employing modern tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Visual Studio to ensure high-quality deliverables.
