About The Role We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic project management team at our Mönchengladbach location. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that add tangible value to our business processes. Your expertise will help transform manual workflows into streamlined digital systems, enhancing operational efficiency and user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and fellow developers, to create scalable and innovative Salesforce applications aligned with our strategic objectives. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification. You should have at least two years of professional experience in Salesforce development and configuration, demonstrating a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder are required, validating your technical expertise. You should have extensive knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, Salesforce Flows, and data modeling. Familiarity with REST API integrations, Git workflows, Salesforce CLI, and basic scripting in Python is highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills in German and English, along with a valid EU work permit, are essential. A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a user-centric approach to system design are also important qualities for success in this role. Responsibilities Develop innovative Salesforce solutions utilizing Lightning Web Components, Apex controllers, and triggers based on detailed user stories and business requirements.Transform manual and repetitive tasks into efficient digital workflows by designing and implementing low-code automations using Salesforce Flows.Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including designing data models, creating user interfaces, and managing roles and permissions to ensure secure and effective system operation.Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST APIs and implement event-driven processes using Platform Events to facilitate real-time data exchange and automation.Collaborate closely with business units and other developers, employing modern development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Visual Studio to ensure high-quality code and seamless project execution.Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold best practices and maintain system integrity.
