About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Fiori Fullstack Developer to join our Technical Consulting team at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing modern SAP Fiori applications that deliver intuitive user experiences aligned with SAP Fiori design principles. Your expertise will help drive digital transformation projects within our SAP landscape, primarily focusing on SAP S/4HANA environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP Basis, development, architecture, and business units, to implement innovative solutions that streamline business processes and enhance system functionalities. This position offers the flexibility of working from our Münster location with the possibility of partial remote work, providing a dynamic environment for professional growth and technical excellence. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, coupled with several years of professional experience in SAP Full-Stack development. Proven expertise in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and JavaScript is essential, along with a solid understanding of modern SAP application development. Experience in developing and integrating OData services and RESTful APIs is required, with additional knowledge of ABAP, CDS views, and contemporary SAP development frameworks such as RAP and CAP being highly advantageous. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Launchpad, SAP Gateway, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies is preferred. Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) will be considered a plus. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to produce clear technical documentation and effort estimates. Excellent communication, proactive mindset, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach are critical qualities for success in this role. Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, ensuring adherence to SAP Fiori design standards and best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop technical solution concepts, and support digital transformation initiatives.Develop and integrate OData services, REST APIs, and other frontend/backend extensions within complex SAP landscapes.Implement customer-specific features while respecting existing system architecture, quality standards, and technical constraints.Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analyses to ensure high-quality deliverables.Support the operational stability of SAP applications, assist with release management, and facilitate system upgrades or migrations.Work closely with SAP Basis, development teams, and architecture units to share knowledge, promote best practices, and introduce new technologies.Document technical solutions, provide effort estimations, and participate in agile project cycles to ensure timely delivery.
