Senior Full-Stack Developer — AI-Native Development Full-time | 3-month contract | Remote in Canada/US Location: Must be based in a North American time zone. Canadian candidates preferred. M0ther.ai is an AI-native software development and technology consultancy. We build and support production web and mobile products using modern cloud infrastructure and AI-native development workflows. We’re looking for a senior full-stack developer for a full-time, three-month contract working on an established production platform across web, iOS and Android. This is a senior software engineering role where AI-assisted development is a core part of the workflow. We are looking for a strong senior developer who already uses Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools as part of their day-to-day development process and knows how to use them to move faster without sacrificing engineering judgment, maintainability or code quality. You should already be a strong developer without AI. The expectation is that AI materially increases your output rather than compensates for gaps in fundamentals.
