We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer who is passionate about building high performance backend services, developing scalable APIs, and improving system reliability in an enterprise environment. Job Description: Design and implement high performance microservices using GolangDevelop and maintain RESTful or gRPC APIsWork with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQLAI-assisted development: Copilot, ClaudeImplement message brokers such as Kafka or Pulsar for asynchronous processing Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliabilityParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decisionsFacilitating pair programming sessions to improve code quality and knowledge sharingIdentifying potential edge cases and technical debtCollaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teamsExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environmentsInvestigating production issues quickly and implementing fixesSelf driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Backend Developer or Golang Developer.Strong programming experience using Golang (Go Language).Hands on experience working with PostgreSQL database.Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.Experience with Git version control.Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodology.Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Willing to join ASAP
