About The Role You will join a product-oriented engineering team where we value results over process. Working full-stack with Ruby on Rails, you’ll build new features that have a direct impact on thousands of users. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and fellow engineers to translate complex requirements into clean, modular solutions. Whether it's optimizing data flows, maintaining external integrations, or rethinking parts of our architecture to handle future growth, you have the space to take initiative and see your ideas go into production. You'll report to Thijs Schreijer (Head of Engineering), who values deep technical discussions and Engineers who think along about the strategic direction of the product. What You'll Be Doing Design, build, and maintain new platform functionalities, features, and modulesOptimise existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainabilityDevelop and manage robust APIs, integrations, and links to external systemsThoroughly test, debug, and document your technical solutionsActively shape architectural decisions and contribute to technical discussionsCollaborate closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment About You You are an experienced Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and understands what it takes to keep a live system running smoothly.
