Senior AI Engineer

Summary: We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a strong focus on Computer Vision to join our technology team. You will work on real-world detection and analysis systems, from data pipeline to model training and deployment. This role plays a key part in delivering AI-driven solutions across our active projects, including edge deployment and production-grade computer vision systems. Responsibilities: Design, train, and evaluate computer vision models (object detection, classification, segmentation) for real production use casesBuild and optimize end-to-end pipelines from data collection and annotation through training, inference, and deploymentDeploy and optimize models on edge devices (e.g. NVIDIA Jetson, embedded platforms) with attention to latency and resource constraintsCollaborate with the technical team to translate business requirements into measurable technical metricsContinuously evaluate model performance and propose improvements based on real production feedbackContribute to AI agent and LLM-based workflows when relevant to ongoing projectsQualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in computer vision and applied machine learningStrong practical experience with model training, evaluation metrics (mAP, IoU, precision/recall), and deploymentExperience with edge AI deployment and model optimization (quantization, ONNX, TensorRT, or similar)Proficiency in Python and common deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)Experience with LLMs, RAG, or agentic AI systems is a strong plusAbility to clearly explain technical decisions and tradeoffs from real project experience
