About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions across the entire application stack, including front-end, middle layer, and database layers. You will work within a collaborative, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality products that meet business needs and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and capable of moving between multiple projects as priorities evolve. Your expertise will help ensure the robustness, efficiency, and scalability of our software applications, contributing to the ongoing success of our company and clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably at a senior analyst or analyst level.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming principles.Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript frameworks (React), and Java.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure DevOps.Hands-on experience with API integrations, RESTful web services, and database management (structured and unstructured databases).Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker for application portability and scalability.Experience with development tools including Jira, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and similar platforms.Experience using AI coding tools, preferably Cursor, is a plus. Responsibilities Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and applications for market sale or proprietary use.Make strategic design decisions that promote reusability, componentization, extensibility, maintainability, and loose coupling.Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring high-quality solutions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving platforms, programming languages, and web/database technologies.Stay aligned with business initiatives and objectives, particularly related to infrastructure and development architecture.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the technology team, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.Mentor and advise team members, serving as an escalation point for complex development challenges.Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker to ensure environment portability and scalability.Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of software components and systems.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high standards of quality and performance.
