About The Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Mphasis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications leveraging Python and React.js. You will work within an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and QA professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in microservices architecture, REST API development, and cloud-native application deployment, with a focus on enterprise-scale environments, particularly within the financial services or banking sectors. Qualifications The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Essential qualifications include strong proficiency in Python, experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django, and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. Experience with MongoDB is preferred. A deep understanding of front-end technologies including React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and React Hooks is required, along with responsive UI development skills. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Additional preferred qualifications include experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ, infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, and unit testing frameworks such as PyTest or Jest. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or within cross-functional teams are vital for success in this role.
